The Cornell Global Forum is dedicated to making environmentally sound choices. Through our sustainability program, we continually strive to reduce the environmental impact of the work we do. We encourage our partners, participants, and friends to join us in our efforts to save energy and reduce waste while supporting the local economies in which we do business.

Our ongoing sustainability work with our carefully selected partners and venues is in full swing. Some of our current projects include: menu planning with venue catering teams to include locally grown, organic produce whenever possible, energy conservation planning including responsible lighting, heating, and cooling practices in all meeting rooms, reception halls, theatres, and event spaces, and much more. The Cornell Global Forum is committed to engaging in eco-friendly practices – to Reduce, Reuse, Recycle whenever possible, . New York is a great walking city and most Global Forum event venues are within walking distance of the Headquarters hotel, the Hilton New York.
