Setting the Stage & Charge to the Delegates

President David Skorton and Dean L. Joseph Thomas will kick off the event by providing the context for Cornell’s initiatives on Sustainability generally (i.e. Cornell University Center for a Sustainable Future) and specifically (Center for Sustainable Global Enterprise). Following this brief introduction, Stuart L. Hart will provide the “stage setting” for the Global Forum and the “charge” to the delegates — to develop new “Great Convergence” [PDF] initiatives during the Working Sessions. H. Fisk Johnson will then take the podium to offer his thoughts and reflections from the S. C. Johnson context.
