May I attend the Cornell Global Forum on Sustainable Enterprise and how do I register?

Opening session (June 1, 2009)

The Opening session will be held at the American Museum of Natural History. Participation is by invitation to delegates and select Cornell University alumni.

Working session (June 2, 2009 & June 3, 2009)

Potential delegates will receive a personalized electronic invitation to participate in the working sessions.

To register, please follow the link that will be emailed to you. Invited delegates may also log into the “For Delegates” section of this website, using the email address to which their invitation was delivered, and follow the “Register Online” link. You may be prompted to confirm your email address to continue with registration: again, please use the email address to which your invitation was sent.

There will be NO onsite registration for delegates. Delegates are asked to attend all three days.

Closing session (June 3, 2009)

The closing session, The Cornell Global Forum on Sustainable Enterprise at the 92nd Street Y, is open to delegates, all Cornell University alumni, and the general public. Delegates will be automatically registered for this session; all others may purchase tickets from the 92nd St. Y.

Delegate FAQs

What method of payment do you accept for the Cornell Global Forum?
We only accept credit card payment (American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa).
How will the charge for the Cornell Global Forum appear on my credit card?
The charge will appear on your credit card as “JGSM Student Events – Ithaca”
I cannot attend but I would like my friend/co-worker to attend. May I register him/her?
Delegates are selected to represent a mix of backgrounds and business roles. Therefore, substitutions will not be honored.
What if I can’t attend all three days of the Cornell Global Forum?
Delegates are expected to attend all three days of the Cornell Global Forum.
Do I have to make my own hotel reservation?
Yes, the Global Forum has arranged for a block of rooms to be available to delegates at the Hilton New York at 6th Avenue & 53rd St, but we have not made individual reservations. Delegates should please contact the Hilton New York directly to make your reservation and to take advantage of our exceptional rate. For further information about accommodations or to make reservations by phone, please see our Hotel and Travel section (for invited delegates only). A link to the Hilton Hotel room block can be found on the confirmation memo that you will receive after you register for the Cornell Global Forum.
What is the attire?
All Global Forum activities are business casual.
What is the registration deadline
Registration closes March 1, 2009.
What is the refund policy?
Cancellations emailed by Friday, May 1, 2009, will receive an 80 percent refund. Please direct refund requests by email to: refunds@cornellglobalforum.org. Please provide your confirmation number.
